About the
Photographer

I grew up in a small town in Southwestern PA. After high school, I found that the once great paying mill jobs, that had been around for decades, were declining. So, I did what many other young people were doing, I joined the United States Navy. We all know the saying; Join the Navy and see the World! ! I bought my first analog camera while on a Mediterranean cruise in 1983.

Back then, photography was very different. Taking the photos and chemically processing the images was a time-consuming and difficult task. You also didn’t know what you would see until the finished product was completed. Then came the invention of Digital Point and Shoot Cameras. I started taking pictures everywhere that I went. I was infatuated with the advancement of photography. I discovered that I had a natural talent and a passion for taking pictures! I would now like to share my passion and my joy of photography with you!
